How do you persuade the staff of one of America’s largest insurance companies that moving upwards within the company or leaving are not the only routes to getting a promotion? Chubb wanted to communicate to their 31,000 employees that other career paths are open to them – a sideways move, gaining experience in a different department or learning new skills could be rewarded in the same way as seeking a traditional ‘promotion’.
